As Senior Vice President of Service at McKinstry, Adam is bringing new approaches to facility operations and maintenance to market, helping solve the cost, carbon and labor crisis in commercial facilities. His vision for the future of facility operations and maintenance combines innovation with expertise to reimagine how facilities operate, the roles they play in the lives of their occupants, their impact on communities, and the results they deliver for their owners.

Adam has been a featured speaker at multiple conferences and events in the Field Service and Mechanical Contracting Industries, as well as for organizations including BOMA and Efficiency First.  He was a founding Advisory Committee member of the ACCA Building Performance Council and has been a contributor to BUILDINGS magazine, the HVAC/R News, and podcasts including “Future of Field Service”.

Adam’s dedication to community and putting people first plays out through his service to youth education organizations like the Washington Alliance for Better Schools, where he serves as a Board Member, and Washington State Opportunity Scholarship where he is a volunteer mentor.
