Scott Day is Senior Vice President, Service Transformation, North America for TK Elevator. In his role, Scott is responsible for transforming the service business from a traditional service business to one centered around digital services and technological advancement by connecting more than 80,000 elevators to over 4,000 technicians via a robust IoT platform in North America. The technicians are further supported by a state of the art spare parts business which incorporates direct ordering and auto-fulfillment .

While Scott has been in the elevator industry  for more than 30 years taking challenging roles in business turn-arounds and technology initiatives, in 2017, Scott took a break from the elevator industry to lead a large family owned commercial flooring business through a digital transformation to 4x revenue growth in 3 years via 12 acquisitions. With his passion for the service business, Scott returned to TKE elevator in 2022 to lead the service transformation by taking a leading position in predictive maintenance and BOT technology to address the generational challenges of the service industry.

Scott’s strength is in business transformation, leveraging large technology projects to grow the business. He holds a degree in Business Management and has been a speaker/moderator at field service and IoT conferences across the U.S. for over 10 years.
